sounds like you need to setup a static IP address for your computer and probably for your xbox 360 too if thats possible.

Sorry prototype... but this won't fix the issue. The router he has got supports DHCP, and so will provide the computers with an IP address. At most he should restart the machines to clear any IP conflicts....prototype wrote:
