When leaving during the game will i still get my points/lack of points?

I know that if you leave then join into the exact same game you get your old points but to completly get them do you have to see the game to the end?

nope, you should get them whether you exit or not, just dont expect them to get into your stats until that map has finished on the server (at least I think thats when they get uploaded or whatever)
