Greetings, once again.
I have just installed FC2, and have been playing for the past 30 minutes. However, it is really laggy and changing the settings doesnt seem to help. I figured that its a CPU problem, since the LCD display (Logitech G15) shows an almost constant 99% of the CPU being used.
I have:
Intel C2D E6600 @ 2.4Ghz stock
2GB RAM
New ASUS GTX260
I looked at some performance reviews for the CPU, tested with other components and it seems to work well. (Look at http://www.pcgameshardware.com/aid,6638 … ks/?page=2 to see the performance of the E6600 tested)
So I was wondering, o' wisest ones of the tech section, if you could help me identify if it is actually the CPU and how I can fix it.
Cheers,
