I think Iceq4 is a custom cooler made by HIS that means its only available on their cards.

The sapphire OC version has proven to OC farther than the stock card

Maybe due to better cooling than the stock card. There's no binning of the chips for higher OCs

just for info.... i got my replacement today... and it does have rear vents... i have the updated version.... which has DVI, VGA, HDMI and Display Port with vents taking up 3/4 of a expansion slots.. not the whole length.. but still...
