Yummy, the skate smells like piss though, because it has to be buried and made to rot, like shark meat.
I ain't had tea yet, the 'rents ain't home.
Skate is a type of phfish mate.

It's a tradition on the 23th of December here to eat Skate. It's awesome.
Also, this is a great way to avenge Steve Irvin.
that actually looks kind of good, I'm just wondering do you also have that brown cheese? When I was in Norway, they had some of that.Sydney wrote:

Fuck me that curry was hot.
Fuck me that skate was hot. It's a traditional thing, in the old days, before we had refrigerators, people had to bury food in salt or sand to keep it from rotting. The skate we get at the 23rd of December is stored old-style
Chicken and assorted vegtables.
Why don't people post here?

I just made myself a chicken Madras curry with some standard rice and a nice brown jacket potato on the side.
I'm at home so I didn't have the effort to prepare my own sauce and herbs/spices, just went with the easy jar-o-sauce option and threw it all together nicely!
I'm halfway through my 3rd bottle of Evian, too, but to be honest this whole 'x amount of water per day' thing is a fucking joke.

Not sure what to have for tea. Might go have a micro-curry or go get something from the shop.
I used to have micro-curries all the time, but to be honest you can get some fresh chicken, a jar of sauce and some (microwave) boiled rice for cheaper than one of those £3-5 quid microwave curry, whack it all into a frying pan and enjoy a meal that tastes 10x better. Sure, it takes 15 minutes instead of 5, but it's damn worth it. Student living #101!

i made some pasta with red peppers, tomato and pepperoni sauce with roast chicken and sliced sausage, to go with a cheesey garlic bread.
Just starting it, yum.The Sheriff wrote:

How does reindeer taste? I'd imagine it'd be quite tough but very meaty to the taste.B-Scimitar wrote:

I once went to Rome and had pizza at the Colosseum at midnight. Dammit that was the best pizza I ever ate. I'm going to bring my future wife there!aerodynamic wrote:
