Creative Zen video problems.

I got a creative Zen 4Gb for xmas and tried to stick a couple of films on it, but when I try to play the films it says "Cannot play video with this resolution"

What do I do? Do I have to compress it? If so, what programmes should I use

I use this to compress DivX avi movies for my PDA:

It is pretty awesome tbh... you decide resolution, quality, etc.

you can even adapt audio delays to fix potential sound bugs
