is it possible for me to turn my razr v3xx into a webcam
(im running vista ultimate x64 if that makes a difference)

I have the exact same model and I don't think it's possible. I'm pretty sure the phone itself can't run the camera as a webcam.
The V3i on the other hand has two cameras, one externally, and one above the keypad which is specifically for webcam use but I don't know if that would work either. Not that it's much help anyway, just sayin.
