..my last cigarette.
Fucking hard as hell, no nicotine patches no gums just didn't smoke.
Can't believe it, so weird. Although some moments i feel like having a cigarette so bad.

I've been without em for the past 3 months, smoked three a week a go when we had Christmas dinner with co-workers but I didn't feel like smoking the day after. I still have a pack in my jacket's pocket with missing 3 cigs

You wanna know how I stopped smoking? Was on a drink and I smoked a whole pack in an hour and a half until I got sick. The next two weeks I could hardly breath, was waking up during the night as I couldn't sleep. Fuck it was awful.
