What was the point of that?
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

dont run them in sli, run one of them to run both monitors and use the otherone JUST for F@H
sorted.

As I've said at least twice before, one 8800GT isn't enough for a 24" screen.

Im running a slower 8800gtx and i have a 24" screen and have no issues.......

The 8800GTX actually shows its true power under higher resultions. At low res the G92 might have a slight upper hand, but once you increase the res and add AA the 8800GTX shines

yes the 8800GTX indeed is better for AA/high-resolution.
