Using the AA and AF settings on ATI CCC or using the in-game settings?
In-game afaik. Forcing hardware acceleration is usually unnecessary.
Ingame. Only use the CCC to get those settings to games that aren't supported ingame. For example AA and AF to CS 1.6.
