I'm currently with Verizon and have a BlackBerry Pearl (8130). I might be switching to AT&T.

Right now I'm looking at either the BlackBerry Bold or the iPhone 16GB. They're the same price, and I have a 16GB iPod nano so if I got the Bold I wouldn't buy a 16GB SD card.

Which phone should I get?

One of my good friends has a BlackBerry, so it'd be nice to have the Bold so I can use BBM..

Yeah, the main things that attract me to the iPhone are the web browser and the applications. I don't do much web browsing on my phone, and when I do it's with WAP sites (so they're formatted properly and don't look like shit). But the apps are damn nice.

All the websites on the iPhone look exactly like they would on your computer, and you can even do the equivalent of ctrl scroll to zoom in and get the same quality.

Get a separate phone, music player and PDA. Unless you're gay. Which you are, as you own an iPod.

So yeah, perhaps you're a part of the audience that the iPhone is aimed at.
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

My mother just went to AT&T and apparently if we switched to them, we'd be paying less for the same stuff we already get on Verizon. And then there's the fact that a lot of their phones work globally, which is nice since we go to South America every so often to visit family.

@Freezer who the fuck owns PDAs anymore? And I own an iPod because it does what it needs to do: play music and work seamlessly with my computer. iTunes isn't THAT bad (though I generally don't buy from the music store).

Get an iPhone and sell your iPod. That's what I was going to do until I realized I could pay $30 less/month for the same plan with Sprint.
