So ya they delver at like 8am and I get up at like 3pm, gaaaay.

I have the orange slip now, the "UPS infoNotice". But infonotice number won't track on the ups site. Am I right in assuming they will call round tomorow at they've ticket the "1st attempt" (of 3) but haven't ticked the box to say which day, sigh.

I'll just get up early I'm not that bothered, but I don't want to get up like 6 hours early to find they don't deliver on Saturdays, or that it isn't their policy to redeliver the next day.

you can just go pick it up from the distribution facility, or they will try again monday. UPS will not deliver on saturday unless the shipper requests the service, and also they will not leave without signature unless the shipper says that's ok too.

Not always the case. If it's residential and it's not signature required (or it doesn't appear to be of high value) they can driver release the package. If there have been claims in the area they might not though.

The last thing the driver wants to do is make multiple attempts.. their route piles up.
