EDIT: Oh, and for the record, I have a 90ish pound Foxhound/Dalmatian/Pitbull mix, and I play fight with her a lot. I get her goin and she'll play bite me and I'll push her around and such. I can tell you that even with her just playin, it's very difficult to hold her head or keep her in one position.
So, good luck doing that to a dog that's truly pissed off.
