I was reading over the UBAR Ranks section, and noticed for General the note states: Highest rank of the month

And I was wondering if anybody could go into a little detail about that? What does it mean exactly? And how does one get the four star rank legitimately?

And if you stop playing and fall out of the top 50, you still keep your rank. This is why there are more then 50 people with 4 stars.

He is 47th, and has 600,000+ points. I don't know if he just got in the top 50, but if you're correct, then he'll be a four star by the end of this month?

correct... he should be ranked up via EA by the end of the month.  i know this still works (as of three months ago.)  i play frequently with Evildead, and he was awarded the rank after being in the top 50 for a month.
