Auto-run for specific user

Does anyone know if i can (on another pc) log into an account, install a program, and make it run only when 1 other person logs in ?

i want it to boot up a vnc program so i can fuck with them

each user has their own reg key that will run programs just for their user account... you have to find out what the SID of their account is so you know which reg key to add it to. the location is going to be:

hkey_users\sid of user\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run

afaik the startup directory in the start menu is user specific. You can just put a shortcut there

Us nerds do it the elegant way. command line/terminal / regedit.exe > shortcuts tbh

i guess the next question would be, is there a way to hide it so theres no icon in the task bar thing next to the clock (not sure of its proper name)

if you can run it as a service it won't show up. Don't think there's an easy way of getting rid of the taskbar icon

well I guess you could set it to auto-hide. Then it's not that obvious
