If im commander i take out my knife and put a artillary strike somewhere does it count as knife kills like it does with kits? probably not but id be worth a shot unless someone has already tried and failed.

Say you are spec ops, and you place C4 on all the enemy artillery and lets say the arty starts firing and you detonate the C4 half-way through the arty firing its lot. Question: Does this mean that the arty will only drop/fire half its arty shells or does the full load get fired???
This has been on my mind for a while and i havent been able to do any research or experimenting to find out.....

It counts as kills for the kit, but it is an anonymous kill, its not mentioned somewhere in the weapon-stats.
But if u are in some vehicle (I think) it counts to the vehicle-kills, cause you did a kill while in a Tank or something...

It will only drop the arty that has been lauched. I've done this several times. In the middle of placing charges the arty will go up and start to shoot. I detonate the charges on one of the arty to lighten the burden of my troops under that. Sometimes people will come in and say something to the effect of, "Light arty?"asbad wrote:

if u blow up the arty while firing, only fired shells will be placed... so if u blow it up after one salvo, only one salvo hits enemies (or mates).
