After switching to XP, I can no longer scroll using the touchpad. I tried the XP and Vista drivers, but neither of them allow me to change any settings or do anything except move the mouse. Is there anything else I can do besides live without it?

I know its silly, but have you restarted? BTW I get this sometimes on my laptop in XP, the scrolling just... stops. Very weird

You need to have the Synaptics software.

Look under Mouse Properties for it's settings.

Or install from Dell's site if you don't have it.
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

Tried it. Doesn't work. I can't change any of the settings.
