Yep, I use it with mine on a regular basis and it works a charm.
It has 2 different input formats, make sure you check out in the technical specifications which one your PC cable and Xbox cable is. If you're smart you'll make sure your PC cable and Xbox cable are different formats so that you can run both at once- I know for a fact that Xbox display cables come in
both formats, so just figure out which one you're going to need based on your PC's graphics card. The monitor has a nifty little button on the front-menu that alternates between input method, so you can flick between Xbox-action and PC-desktop with the press of a button. Especially nice if your sound-system supports digital and coaxial inputs at the same time too (e.g. Xbox and PC-sound card) because then you literally have everything running simultaneously

Edit: I feel I should point out that 22 inch monitors and PC widescreen aspects in general are hideously undersupported on Xbox and PS3. If you get the right cable format though you should be able to achieve a greater range of aspects and resolutions- I think HDMI is one of the better formats for this purpose.
