ZOTAC International, a leading manufacturer of NVIDIA-based motherboards and graphics cards, kicks off day two of the 2009 Consumer Electronics Show with a early preview of the next-generation mini-ITX platform for Intel processors powered by NVIDIA’s GeForce 9300 graphics processor – the ZOTAC GeForce 9300-ITX WiFi. The new ZOTAC GeForce 9300-ITX WiFi combines the powerful GeForce 9300 graphics processor with Intel processors for an unchained high-performance platform that’s big on performance but miniature in size.
I can see future for this one as a HD setup builder's daydream. Pretty powerful IGPU, plus very handy size.

not bad, not bad.  i've never seen a Zotac mobo before.  the integrated wifi reminds me of some old ASRock mobos.

estimated price?

That's the mATX board, not the ITX from this thread
once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot  xxx galore'. While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.

16SPs

...

That's half an 8600GT.

Otherwise that board looks pretty nice.
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

I'm pretty sure they didn't have Crysis in mind when they made it.

get an e5200, 2.5'' HDD and a small PSU and you've got a nice little HTPC. Not meant for gaming tbh

I know, I know. It has PCI-E and all.

So you could put a 4870 on that little board, theoretically speaking.  LOL, a motherboard smaller than a GPU.

that's a pretty good price.  might have to build an HTPC when it arrives.
