Go with the P5Q PRO, that's what I have, and I don't regret it all really, even though I'm running a 9800GT ATM, my next card will probably be an ATi, so CrossFire is an option...
(4870's in CrossFire would , but I'm not loaded like maxishine. )
EDIT: Also, if you get the PRO, if you're only running one card, but it in the black PCI slot to save yourself some trouble.

If you focus is gaming stick to a dual. By the time quads are useful in games that PC will be outdated anyhow.
Only go quad if you do a lot of CPU number crunching
Go with something like
E8400
P5Q
GTX 260 Core 216
cheapest 2x2GB DDR2-1066 with CAS5 or lower
any of these coolers
Samsung Spinpoint F1 or WD drive
P182
2x Scythe 1200RPM slipstreams or Nexus fans
Corsair HX520
No need to get the Pro over the vanilla P5Q. The vanilla one even has better power circuitry
once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot xxx galore'. While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.
