After hours of exploring, I finally felt that it was time to finish the main story line.  Spoiler (highlight to read):
I thought the ending was pretty good, but I was a little disappointed that you, as the player, didn't play a bigger role in the final battle.  You basically followed the robot and let him kill everything that moved because of the numerous explosions, which made aiming too unsteady.  I was also pissed because I accidentally went into the wrong door in Raven Rock and was not able to get the bobble head that was there, leaving me with 19.  Other than that, I was really impressed.

Also, for anyone who hasn't been there, I'd highly recommend visiting SatCom Array NN-03d (it's just east of Fort Constantine, towards the northwest corner of the map) and doing a bit of exploring.  There was so much funny stuff in that little area, it was great.
Spoiler (highlight to read):
Is that the one were you can have the satellite fire down misses that land around the array?

I won't say 'no" because I know there's probably a lot of stuff I missed in this game, but I don't think so.  I think you may be thinking of Fort Constantine, but maybe not.  The stuff I'm talking about in this array is much more....odd I guess.  Nothing important or useful, just some place to find a bit of humor.

I'm definitely gonna check those out tomorrow to see what you're talking about. I passed by them on the way to Fort Constantine.

Also, Liberty Prime should write President Obama's speeches.

God damn...Reilly's Rangers is a BITCH to complete. Probably the most aggravating quest I've encountered so far. I didn't die, but it took me so long to beat...not to mention find my way around.

I had 55 shotgun shells...barely lasted me the whole way. And I've got T-51B armor on too!

Oh well, it's over with now.

My combat shottie actually just broke because I used it so much that quest.
Brick died when we were fighting our way out
But I chose the armor and took Bricks minigun off his dead body.

I lost them on the way out. Went to the Ranger Compound expecting to have to tell Reilly that all her friends were dead, but there they were, safe and sound..

lol i let brick die thinking that was the only way of getting the minigun, would of let her survive if I had known u get it as a quest reward.

Ranger armor >> Eugene tbh. Maybe it's because I'm not a fan of miniguns.

I'm not either. I love Energy Weapons and Small Guns and that's it. Perhaps I'm just a man of simple taste.

I'd be wearing the Ranger Armor, but I love my T-51B right now too much.

That's on ultra high with 15 sample AF and 4xAA. Fixed my stability issues by turning water multisampling on low.

I was watching the Inauguration this morning and all I could think about was how good the Mall area looked when it isn't extremely irradiated, full of super mutants, and the buildings are completely intact.
