Does anyone here actually make an income online? If so, how much and doing what?

Is it actually possible to make a reasonable ammount of money through making websites with advertisements, or doing surveys etc? I wanted opinions of actual people and not those trying to get you to buy their guides online. Post your experiences.

You can make a good amount of money from building websites as a professional web programmer. Developing websites that are integrated with online banking, database transactions, implementing security, etc.

Clicking on banner ads is no way to make a living. Sorry but your dreams of an early retirement from an online survey income are crushed.

I use 4 sites to make money but Its a small amount for 2 of them right now. 1 of them is an adult website so i wont mention it another one is Ebay and another one is my sportsbook which is for gambling.

The last one is Mylot.com you make money just by participating in discussions and posting images but its like pennies a day with a $10 minimum payout through paypal. So I just go on the site occasionally and post stuff and put up pictures if im bored and I make like 10-20 cents a day just for posting in discussion like this site. But the discussions kind of suck compared to this site but im alright with it.

I do surveys through Harris Poll Online. It started off alright, and I was excited to be working towards some sort of reward. But it's totally not worth it and just downright annoying now. Rewards suck and sometimes you'll spend forever on a survey with minimal "points" gained. As soon as I get a few hundred more (probably within the next couple weeks) and reach the next tier of rewards, I'm gonna cash out and remove my account. Been doing it since June or July of last summer and I'm just about to get a $20 gift card for Amazon.com.... yeaaaahhhhhh.....

one more thing: you might want to check out amazon's mturk. back in the summed i was doing it out of boredom but eventually i made enough to get a nice hackeysack. dunno if youre into hackeysacks but mines sweet.

Dunno how much chuy makes out of bf2s - probably not a huge amount - click-through ads don't generate much income - also, believe it or not, bf2s ain't really popular enough - it's a niche site with a very limited readership - for big bucks you have to go mass-market and have millions of registered (or even un-registered) users.
