I've been getting in to racing games and decided to look for a decent wheel. Looking for sub-$100 and the Logitech Momo looks like the best but I've read reviews stating that it's got problems with Vista 64, which is what I have.

I can't expect anything fantastic, but are there any other decent wheels that would work?

I could, but in the interest of saving money and not being sure how much I'll get in to racing games, I'd like to avoid it.

Look into getting a logitech wheel. They are pretty good and mostly inexpensive.

edit: in reference to the older than g25 models. lol

get a logitech with force feedback. you won't regret it.

I have a G25 and if you're a racing fan... it's worth the extra money.  But I can understand it being too expensive if you're not a hardcore racer.  One big plus for it is that it's compatible with PC and PS3, unlike every other wheel out there.  If you have a PS3 like me, then it's really a no brainer (Gran Turismo 5!!)  It's also the only wheel with paddle shifters and a clutch.

I don't have any experience with racing wheels beyond my G25, so all i can really do is rave on and on about how great it is

I have an old-school Logitech Wingman wheel, although it's cheap (pedals are plastic along with majority of the parts), it worked fine with Need for Speed: UC and Most Wanted after some slight troubleshooting.

I don't think they sell it anymore, but it does it's purpose.  G25 = Just go drive a car.

Believe me, if a I had a Ferrari 599, Ford GT, Aston Martin DB9, and a GT-R in my garage and miles of open track at my dispense, I wouldn't have a G25.  Unfortunately, I have to settle for my little fantasy world in Gran Turismo 5 Prologue and a G25 setup.
