over 2500 points and not a sergeant yet?

I reached 2500 points a couple of hours ago, every game i join i get the message "congratulations, you have been promoted to sergeant" but when i leave the game(after round ends) and go to BFHQ, i see i have enough points, but no rank or unlock... Anything i need to do first?

You need to have the knife badge and explovice badge first..

For "First Sergeant", but not for an simple "Sergeant"...
