I can't remember last time i took a bath!

And it depends, if he was taking a bath just to clean his self then theirs a problem in his sexual orientation. If it was to sore muscles and stress it's okay...

But i rly think it was just to clean his self looll

This isn't any use in this situation, but some devices (the N95 for example) have a water damage sticker somewhere.

If water goes on the sticker it turns from white to red, then they know it's your fault for breaking it and the warranty is voided.

So if you can find the sticker it's best to cover it up with some tape or something, that way you can trick them into fixing it even if you broke it yourself. Just make sure you remove the tape before you send it off.

Here it is on the N95:

i think on the ipods (at least on my touch) there is one right inside the headphone jack.  if you can see it it's usually white, red if you get it wet.

this is gonna sound wierd, but put it in the oven.

yes, i put my old phone in the oven for about 20 mins on VERY LOW heat, and it works, it just, idk, gets RID of the water without having to heat it over a direct heatsource.

i guess because its a radiant heat source, its everywhere, not just going up

ok, i put the ipod in a bowl of dry rice, i did so yesterday at about 3.00PM, i did check the ipod in the morning and there is water appearing on the screen, so it suggest the water is still in the ipod and is sort of being removed by the rice.

i won't touch it over the weekend, nor on monday due to college. i will take it out on tuesday morning and see if it would work.

lol, sounds a bit extreme, i might put it on the radiator, wrapped in a small cloth or tissue so the ipod doesn't get messed up on the outer self

I dropped my cell phone is a lake one time. I somehow rescued it after it had been under for 3 or 4 minutes. I set it on top of my computer monitor for 3 or 4 days, and it worked fine.

I think the rice idea is going somewherez.. Good luck, I dropped my phone in the toilet @ my cousins wedding... I immediately started mashing buttons and fried it..I would suspect you may have done the same to your iPod.  Let's hope the rice works though, /crossesfingers.

I had a older Sony phone that I put through the wash, didn't realize it until I went to put in in the dryer and my phone was their. I let it sit one the vent for a couple days (it was winter, heat was on) and it worked ok after that, the only problem was a the lcd in the upper right corner died.

Guys, the op is banned.
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

MY IPOD WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!

the touch screen works, my movies work, the accelerometer works, everything!!!

but there is a problem, there are grey streaks on the screen, so it maybe that water is still on the screen or there is something completely wrong with the screen, i'll upload some pics when i find my mobile cable wire

Almost sounds like you want it to die.... first power it on right after bath and then not even let it dry properly before next try....
