Can you guys list some Nu-Metal bands and maybe with some youtube videos. I know Linkin Park, Trapt, and Red are some. Just want to know other ones. Ones you like don't like and such.
System of a down
thats all I can think of, I'm not a big fan of that genre

Disturbed and Slipknot are nu-metalish, they're pretty good though compared to most nu-metal bands.

I heard a melody, not nu-metalHurricane2k9 wrote:

While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.

I have never seen so much shitty music listed in one thread.

Machine Head are NOT "nu-metal", they're actually good for a start...
But still, they're much more like thrash (but loads heavier) or slayer-esque sort of metal. They're kinda similar to Pantera, Slayer, DevilDriver, Trivium, Mastodon, Lamb of God and that sort of metal sub-genre - not nu metal.
they my friend are emo bandsNaturn wrote:

Really? Cause I don't consider some of them to me emo bands. To be honest after seeing what bands are in this category I think its too broad of a category. I mean I like Linkin Park(Mins To Midnight was OK.), Trapt, and Red.

Nu-Metal Bands......are talentless shitholes tbh.
Linkin park was great when they made Hybrid Theory/Reanimation and Meteora.Naturn wrote:

I do understand they want to try something new with M2M, but its just such an over the top cliche (i.e. hands held high) mainstream and sort of depressing music.

I totally agree with that. I don't know what happened to them. Heck I didn't even mind the Jay-Z ether.aerodynamic wrote:
