Personally, I tend to actually open them and hit Unsubscribe, I feel that if I just mark it as Spam, then I may just be the one that makes that particular message go to spam for everyone else that still reads that BS.

If I didn't subscribe in the first place I mark it as spam and then add the domain the my blocked senders list. If I did subscribe but decide I don't want it anymore I normally just use the unsubscribe link.

Would you consider "Subscribe to download" type things as spam?
