So I was working out my forearms with reverse barbell curls. Then I felt this weird twitch in my left forearm. I'm in servere pain if I move it in the wrong direction. Is there anyway to make it heal quicker I don't want to lay off the gym I've only just got back!

but mine only hurt if i tried to lift my arm above my shoulder. i just had to be real careful putting dishes away for about a week
