Can anyone point me to some info regarding what server options at a ranked server are available for change? For example I played on a ranked Karkand only sever last night which said in the load screen that friendly fire was set to 40%. I was unaware that this was an option. Is there a page somewhere which details the server variables which can be changed and still qualify as a ranked server?
