I got it this morning! Been trying for a week. Thanks to all those who answered my questions about how and when repair points are generated. I was getting really frustrated with it.
I got it on Karkand by:
Half repairing a Humvee twice - once it had been slightly pounded by an APC. I repaired it for the driver and hopped in. He did some offroading and rammed an emeny vehicle by accident. I repaired it again for the point.
Next, enemy spec ops took out our arty, got two points for those, and our UAV trailer (which was worth two points on its own).
So what I think I've learned is that not everything has equal value when adding up for repair points. The humvee, seems to be about 1 point from zero to full health. The arty's seem to be a bit over one, usually giving the point when there are a few turns of the wrench left. The UAV trailer took about 2x as long to repair, and awarded a point about 1/3 through, then another point right at the end. That makes it seem like it's worth 1.33 to 1.5 points on its own.
Anyone confirm or deny these observations?
