For TV? I have great experience with the Pinnacle PCTV Tuner kit for windows Vista.
The remote that came with it is very usefull.
Installing wasn't very hard, and although it doesn't say it has x64 support, it actually does.

Can never go wrong with Haunupagee(sp?), it's what HP used in the Media Center PC's, it's what my brilliant friend who built a massive server-rack based PVR kit used
And they have drivers for EVERYTHING,if they don't, then some 3rd party will.
