so, past actions negate anything i would say on the subject now?
is that what you are trying to say?
Doesn't negate, just makes it more difficult to accept/see it your way
thank you for responding.
for a short bit i thought you werent going too
i can see that point, and ya, ive sold dope, ive stolen, ive beaten people...
decisions that i made based on situations that were in my life at that time...not the best decisions that could have been made, but i made them none the less.
its not like i continued with that lifestyle, or decisions.
imo, i have more insight into the way people like that work BECAUSE of my experiences.

You're assuming people should be allowed to copyright things they make. Yes, that's the law, but if we're fucking the laws and focusing on morality, there's a legitimate argument against copyright protection.
ok, how about a legitimate argument for getting paid for your work?
copyrights be damned....this is about people not receiving what they SHOULD, for work they did.
I find it very funny how its always the people who commit the most crime that then blame their crimes on their situation like its ok because of x and y, who complain about everything everyone else does in life.
point 1, Parker didnt say his previous decisions in life were ok due to the circumstances, he said the opposite actually saying they werent good decisions, its just that with the circumstances thrown into the mix it makes them slightly less bad decisions than if someone in a better position had made them
point 2, its still piracy if you watch it, piracy crime is the overall term for any relation to the process. Making, watching, no difference to the term, only difference to the magnitude of the legality.
point 3, get off this high horse you seem to have stumbled upon, its not yours
