I have already checked the settings of nvidia manager and Realtek sound manager but didn't found anything.

You can set them to hide in the notification area properties but you don't get to disable them unless you kill the app they belong to.
once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot  xxx galore'. While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.

I think he means just the icons, not the whole taskbar.

He needs to be more specific, like what version of windows he is using.

Try "Tweak UI".
You can fool around with a lot of stuff in windows, might as well work for the taskbar.
Never tried it myself though.

Right click on taskbar -> Properties -> Customize  (right next to "hide inactive icons")

Set to always show, autohide when inactive, or never show.

Most applications have the option to show their icon in the tray or not, so you could disable it for each program.
