I'm good with girls, always have been but this one is serious. I have been with the girl I am with now for 3 months on saturday, and my previous one for over 2 years. My ex is still quite jealous and is trying to break us up.

A couple weeks ago I got in contact with her to get some stuff of mine she borrowed back, some of my GFs friends saw her and she got pretty pissed. I explained what happened and she seemed fine, no harm no foul.

And then yesterday she gets an email from my ex saying we still talk to each other and tell each other we love her and she gets pissed again. Took a bit of explaining and she was fine again. Then today she walks into her work and tells my GF we fucked when I picked up my stuff. I don't know what to do here without telling her what happened all over again, which probably won't help because I've already told her.

So BF2s, halp?

I tend to feel more alone when the person im with doesnt trust my word

that or do something nasty to your ex gf to basically say

"That woman is lieing, if I did love her then I wouldn't have *insert prank here*. Because that would ruin any future chances of me and her being together. And this shows that I fucking hate her and what shes trying to do to us..."

The stuff your ex has said is so abnormal that your current gf definitely understands that your ex is bullshitting. People don't ordinarily tell non-friends who they fucked. Easy to understand how you'd be upset, but it doesn't sound very convincing to me. The best thing you can do is show your current gf how much you want to protect your relationship with her.
