I believe it is when someone in your vehicle gets a heal/repair/resupply point.

yep, say ur in a vodnik and a passenger gets a ammo or health point, u get a special ability point.

so for example if I'M a medic and heal a passenger or drive-by car. do I get the pt? or does it have to be my passenger is healing others?

A Driver Ability point is when YOU heal/resupply/repair someone while in a vehicle. A Special Driver Ability point is when one of your passenger gets a heal/resupply/repair point. Capiche?

if YOU heal/repair/resupply someone in a vehicle, you only get the regular heal/repair/resupply point.
if a PASSENGER gets a heal/repair/resupply point, then you (the driver/pilot) gets the driver special ability point.

so a driver kill assist is when your PASSENGER kills someone.

and a DSAP is when your PASSENGER heals/repairs/resupplys somone.

no no no, driver kill assists are in this category. i don't know why, but they are. They are not counted under regular kill assists. I fly a chopper and my gunners have thousands of kills.........where are the points counted?? DRIVER SPECIAL ABILITY. So they are for passenger repairs/heals/and resupplys and driver kill assists.
