Okay this is not asking for help, more giving it.

There are those people who will stat pad with the whole 'choose a random target and kill-revive', either with a friend to gain points, or simply because they're bored, (Eg: that guy noobmurder who seems to like to teamkill for no reason.)

To stop this in it's tracks, and I'd say you may have to wait for the third occurrence to know for sure, hit enter and click the suicide button. It is the least used and most forgotton button in the game, but the key thing is you can't revive someone who has clicked the suicide button. Thus you put a stop to their fun. You don't have to leave the server, or sit there glormlessly waiting for them to get tired, or even switch teams, (although attempting this also helps, as it also makes sure you can't be revived.)

Hope it helps.

Or you can just try opening your spawn screen FAST (right click or Caps Lock) and pick another spawn point.

I read somewhere on these forums that you can't revive someone who has the spawn screen open.
No points lost that way, and you can even throw some gravel in their pad-machine by waiting until your corpse disappears. With luck, they will try to revive you a few more times, making themselves easy targets for your team.

That's not correct. I've tried to do this many times, and after selecting a spawn point, the fu*kers still revive me, only for that tank shell to heave in and rip some more of my facial features off. Annoying as hell, I like the suicide idea, it'll at least stop the asswipes. It'll be worth the -2, you'll get that back easily.

you have to click DONE in order for the spawn to take effect.

Or you could pay a lot less attention to them, just continue playing normally even if they want to TK you, and act completely oblivious to the fact that theyre thirteen year old attention whores that are willing to do anything to get attention, beit positive or negative.

Works exactly the same with people trolling forums looking for attention. Ignore them when they abuse or talk directly to you, and theyll throw a tantrum.

Yeah, here I'm not talking about teamkillers, but people who go medic and kill/revive you constantly just to be annoying, (noobmurderer,) or join with a friend on the enemy team to get knife badges, or high scores or whatever, (with this type of statpadding there are normally three parties, the killer, the reviver on different teams, and the innocent victim - the one who does all the dying - getting revived by the reviver.) They can do this over and over again and give you a miserable time.

Quickly choosing a spawn point and hitting done or bringing up the spawn screen dosn't help. Only suicide or switching teams does. Yes it will mean you get -2 and will mean that you get another suicide added to your stats, but consider the alternative - those two dicks getting away with their sceme, and you having an embaressingly high 'worst enemy' on your stats and you waiting a whole round just watching yourself being killed and revived.

So yeah, the message wasn't about teamkillers, but this kind of arsehole, which is a whole lot worse.
Suicide is the way to go I'm afraid.
