This comment got me thinking;

The time has come to the incompetent populace of USA to outsource revolution and civil disobedience.

Brilliant.
Why don't we invite a bunch of young Frenchmen over to burn some cars and stuff? No, serious.

We could offer MS13 a stipend and a political role ( assuming of course that there was an agreed upon end and success at that goal ) for their contribution to a serious "protest" regarding the financial ass raping being foisted upon us by the powermad elite.

We could hire Indian call centers to bombard our politicians offices with calls demanding an end to this madness.

We could outsource hacking of government computers to China; hell we gave them most all of our secrets under Clinton anyway.

How could such a thing be pinned on our public? How could gun confiscation and/or martial law ever be justified when all we do is, outsource? Isn't this the perfect culmination of globalization?

Wouldn't a bunch of battle hardened Ethiopians work cheap?

Yeah, lets give one of the biggest Gangs in America a Political role.

Besides the fact that they founded upon by immigrants for immigrants they murdered thousands of people, are responsible for a portion of drug/arms trafficking, and have a whole list of criminal activities that go on(robbery, extortion etc.).

Oh and have fun getting past the Marines/Army/Navy/Air force...that is after you find a way to get through the police/national guard.

ATG, I see where you're coming from. However, I think it's a bit exaggerated. After all, what would a revolution achieve? You'd ruin whatever economy you have left, there would be no government to tax money from you, true, but there wouldn't be any services either. No roads, no education, no power, etc. Is that beneficial in the long run?

Admittedly, there's a huge number of excesses occurring in big business right now. I agree with you that many people need to be shoved out of the plane without golden parachutes, and perhaps experience the life of the people they exploit. To that end, methinks a march, a massive march would be better--peaceful, but effective in communicating. Moreover, you can always call a boycott. If you're right and you show people that you're right, many will flock to your banner. You're not the only fed up dude.

As to outsourcing: you'd have to pay them, with money you don't have. And many will just take the money and run. Trust me, you don't want MS13 or any other syndicate in any position of strength (we made your revolution, give us unlimited access to the drug trade or we revolt against you)--I don't know if you've encountered these guys before IRL, but they aren't a fun bunch.

Ours was not a revolution. The colonist were already for the most part governing themselves. It is only when the crown began to impose heavy taxes and rules on colonial America did they resist.
