Reminds me of....PHILADELPHIA — Police in Philadelphia say an elderly driver struck two children, and dragged one for three blocks, before stopping the car and fleeing into a home.
Police say the victims were a brother and sister who were hit while crossing a street around 6 p.m. Monday in the northeast section of the city.
Police say the 10-year-old boy became stuck under the car and was dragged for three blocks. He was admitted to the hospital in critical condition with head, chest and back injuries.
His 6-year-old sister was admitted in stable condition.
The name of the 82-year-old driver has not been released because she has not been charged, but police are continuing their investigation.

Precisely why I wish there'd be driving/eyesight tests for people once they hit 55-60.
