I just don't understand why i'm not getting the CAR ?

I've had many games with 20+ kills, and several 20+ kills streaks. If i check my stats there is a green check at 10 Best Kill Streak.

What i'm i missing here ?

Yeah well its the same reason I dont get my expert engineer badge, get the required & a little over & still nothing , how about doubling the score to 88? still nothing, I figure it will come when it wants to & I'm not going to worry bout it.
My armored service ribbon on sf didnt come until I had 86 kills with the tank, not the 22 listed course that probably had something to do with the time req.

have you gotten the 18 kills after getting the 10 kill streak?  That is the only reason I can think of you haven't gotten your ribbon.

yeah maybe you havnt had over the 18kills since you had the kill streak.

Sometime the badges and ribbons do not show up when you think they should.
