My budget is $130, but I'd really not like to go that far...but if need be, I will. It has to have USB connectivity as well.

I was thinking either these:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a … 6826249016

or these:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a … 6826502009

or even these:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a … 6826265066

Currently leading towards the first one.

Karma for good suggestions.

Thanks!

Of those 3 poor choices, I'd go with the Plantronics.

Feel free to make a suggestion then if you're going to write off the ones I'm looking at as "poor".

IDK shit about headsets because I love speakers. Just get whichever one looks the most comfortable. Anything over 50 or 60 bucks is probably going to sound good.

That second one looks great. I think I'm gonna wait until tomorrow to see if I get any other responses and then if not, get that one. Thanks a lot!

The Plantronics are pretty decent. I've heard that the Turtle Beach ones are really bad quality and break easily, but I dunno... just what I've read in reviews. I've known some people with those Steelseries and they say they sound flat.

Why do you want USB though? You'll get much better sound with stereo plugs and a good sound card.

My stereo jacks don't like working and give off a lot of static, so it seems. Plus, I have a USB hub attached to my desk, so plugging it in and out via USB is a lot easier than unplugging and plugging in the jacks to the back of my computer (since the case jacks don't seem to work) every time I'm gaming, since I've got speakers as well.

Many think Sennheiser is the best:

If You can't hear where people are in BF2 then You need a soundcard (like Creative's X-Fi) or something.
Not all games have that good audio though, CoD4 sound positioning is crap.

I like my Sennheiser PC350's. However, saying that, the Siberias are super-sexy and pretty decent.

Not with good audio equipment. I have a few clan mates with some expensive Sennheisers that can hear you moving even with dead silence, it's nuts.
