Finally.
So what are good accuracy values to have for each weapon?

wtf! and this increases your accuracy of a rifle etc??!!!!!ThomasMorgan wrote:
i have to agree with Torin.
i can remember a few times while commanding that I've seen snipers sit in the enemy's main base (that we had taken) firing round after round into their commander assets...then asking for supplies so they could get more ammo.
I'll take "That is bullshit" Alex for $2000.ThomasMorgan wrote:

Yes, hence it is a bogus stat. I'd say of any form of stat padding, accuracy padding would be the easiest and most inconspicuous.bingobones wrote:

What about the M95 vs. commander assets?Nyte wrote:

Your accuracy only registers when your cursor reticule flashes. And sniper rifles versus commander assets definitely do NOT register as hits (Tank shells however do, as well as C4, Jet bombs, and artillery).
Even then, this stat isn't very accurate because of deaths by artillery, choppers, jets, and vehicles. If the stats broke down to show your K/D including ONLY deaths by infantry weapons then you'd have a better figure.Torin wrote:
Accuracy is kind of a bogus stat, considering I can sit and shoot a rifle at a tank or helicopter, do no real damage, but increase my accuracy as much as I want.
I'd say K/D values with weapons is more telling of how well you handle yourself with said weapon/kit.
In a way, if that is the information you are going for. But considering that it does include deaths by artillery, choppers, jets and vehicles, it gives you a bigger picture of how you handle yourself, not just how well you kill, but also how well you survive with that weapon class. Regardless, K/D is pretty arbitrary considering there are so many ways to kill and die, but less arbitrary than accuracy.M1-Lightning wrote:
