BF2S Forums BF2 and SF patches........?

I can't seem to locate what I'm looking for.

I must admit I get a little confused on how many patches are available for BF2 & SF......five now?

Is there one patch that covers everything to this point?

Could some one post for me the patches and steps?

I'd like to update our website but would hate to promote the wrong info.
