today i came across this article on the top screensavers - some of them look pretty awesome.
the video cam feed one is very interesting looking-

right now i am using "picture slideshow" for a screensaver ..time for a change

before that i used a trippy one called Helios which had some pretty cool particle effects - it's cool - try it!

Sweet! That one with the globe that lets u visualize global blog activity in real time is pretty cool lookin. Will have to d/l that. Also I love that HAL one! I read all of ACC's Space Odyssey's in sequence over like, a 4-5 week period, was fun lol...

Same here, if i go away from the computer i just turn the monitor off, and when im using the computer, well, i use it so no need, Used to have the 3d maze in the old days tho.

i tried hal 9000 out and it worked(http://www.halproject.com/hal/)

the surveillance camera one worked too..

the one i didnt like that i dl'd was Twingly(blogs on a map)

Actually I just found a cool port if you want a vista screen saver but your using XP:

Just move the .scr files into the windows/system32 folder.

It includes Auroa, Bubbles, Mystify and Ribbons.
