Sort of world wide. Only server admins that choose to sync with the PB MBL.. which is a small percentage I think. I think this is different than the PB hardware ban list, and I don't think it's published.Spark wrote:

I think it is funny that one guy on that post stated that he has been playing Counter-Strike for 10 years when Half-Life was not released until 99, and Counter-Strike in 2000 according to 1up.
