Calling all GTX260 owners

Has anyone been able to get more than 1566 shader clock on their GTX260 65nm? Giving the card more voltage doesn't seem to help either.

shaders seem to go around 1550 but hardly anyone got it stable much higher... The 55nm GTX 260 has A2 revision GPU. The A3 revision is known to scale better with voltage (like you noticed with the GTX 295s ) its found on GTX 285 and 295.

more voltage seems to help with the core speeds, but shader speeds seem to be unaffected by voltage. Not sure if the patched EVGA voltage tuner works for the 55nm yet

Tested the OC though the night, just reflashed the cards. So far so good

Too bad more voltage doesn't really help. I have still have a lot of thermal headroom

Did you try more voltage. At least RV770 responds well to more juice ...

No idea. Google for a BIOS mod, try the patched EVGA voltage tuner I linked to earlier or do a hard mod

afaik HD 4670 doesn't use the Volterra chip so hard mod might be only choise over the possible minimal adjustment you may be able to do with modified BIOS.

This is just a complete guess, but would lowering the memory clock give you more head room for core/shader clocks?
