So I was playing Special Forces last night and doing rather well, not amazing but ok. The map was Surge and I had just got my Vet. SF Assault badge the previous round. I decided to go for my Vet. SF Support badge next so out came the trusty PKM.

So anyway I was happily blowing people away with the PKM and was doing ok. I got my vet badge ok, I had about 30 kills to about 15-20 deaths. The guys on the other team starting crying out that I was cheating. When asked for then to explain how I was cheating they didn't reply.
Then I read some comment about "I'm getting sick of all these one shot kills" and the next thing I know I'm getting kicked from the server. Is it my fault the PKM is deadly accurate and does serious damage??

Now I wasn't the top scorer in the round, I think I was about 3rd or 4th on our team, there were some really experienced players on ther server (at leat 6 people on 2nd Lt. rank and higher) and for some reason they thought I was cheating.

Now I could be pissed off for getting kicked for no reason, but I kinda take it as a compliment, it means I must be playing well and annoying the hell out of the other team by repeatedly killing them, enough for them to get me kick-voted off the server!!!

I can't remember the name of the loser who accused me of cheating, but this is the first time i've been kick-voted off a server. Has this happened to anyone else when they've been accused of cheating then kicked??

Anyway I joined another server and got my Vet SF Sniper Badge, so that made 3 vet. badges in 3 rounds

the only time i was ever banned was because i was kicking the admin's ass

i remember him saying 'hobo's sure love grenades' which was odd because the round had jsut started and i hadnt thrown a single grenade...then the douchebag banned me and i really still dont know why

also been there. Was playing a Sharqui round and was having an excelent day playing BF2. was raking up the gold, silver and bronze medals. This one guy happened to get killed by my 4-5 times within the space of about 10 mins so decided that because i was playing too well he would try to kick me.
Just take it as a compliment that you are being noticed for doing well and people cant handle it.

On the PKM issue, i am starting to get a wee bit pissed off with this weapon now. Before it was just people using the Granade Launcher all the time on Karkand, but that wasnt too bad because you could just move to the side and not take as much damage. but now with the PKM whoring going about, i find myself being shot at from multiple directions from pretty far away and not having a chance to take cover.

Patch's should be about fixing problems, not making new ones!!

Yeah the PKM does seem a touch overpowered but I won't even go there as its already been discussed to death.

I only used it to get my Vet Support Badge which I did......with ease

I've been the target of kick votes exactly twice. Both times it was because I was doing "suspiciously" well, and both times it was on Sharqi. The first was, midway through the round, I had racked up about 110 points, 30 kills to 6 or 7 deaths, which was almost double of the next guy (who was in a tank the whole time). Some guy finally had enough of my G36E and tried to kick vote me.

The second time was fucking retarded. I had an L85 and managed to pick off four or five snipers (they were on that ridge by the middle MEC uncap leading towards the city entrance, you know where I'm talking about). So one of the guys immediately starts a kick vote against me. This time (having experienced this BS once before) I ask why I'm being kicked. He says something like "oh you know why" and I'm like "cuz u can't grow some balls and accept that sometimes u get pwned?" (While typing this I get 2 or 3 more L85 kills) Then he accuses me of using an "aimbot", which until yesterday I thought was an instant-messaging program

The votes didn't work, and I personally think it's sad when an L85 out-snipes an L96 or M95. Oh well. Point is, you should be flattered when someone starts a kick vote against you (unless you're being an asshat and deserve it).

I love it when people try to vote me out, just means i'm playing well. It's a real compliment.

Had a 2nd Lieutenant constantly trying to vote me and a friend out yesterday because we formed a very good squad and kicked arse for several rounds, he started called us 'noobs' and 'fags' because we were 'camping'. Well it's my opinion that theres no such thing as camping in BF2 because its a game of attack AND defense - we just happened to be defending a flag which he was too stubborn to give up trying to take. You would have thought that a 2nd Lt would have enough sense and experience to take a kicking like a man.

As for the PKM, I don't think its all that overpowered, it still requires some degree of skill to use and in the right hands any weapon can be overpowered. The only thing that needs to be changed is the recoil, its should have varying degrees of recoil depending on whether you are standing, crouched or prone. Theres not a man on earth, apart from maybe Arnie or Chuck Norris (who doesn't need weapons anyway) who could stand and fire a machine gun accurately.

Among my many bans from their servers:

after shooting down a chopper filled with members in my f-16,

BANNED: Bunnyhopping n00b.

after ending an admins 5 minute tank rape of our red circle with my anti tank I said "have it"

BANNED: Admin Abuse.

after complaining about being base raped by a plane 6 times, much to the amusement of the 50 klicks members, 2 of us took off in jets, before I got to the end of the runway...

BANNED: Carrier Raping.

after playing 3 maps in a tank to combat the constant whoring of a tank by one of their members, u got it..

BANNED: No Reason Given.

They did respond to me by email saying, If I felt I was unfairly banned from their servers to join their forums and state my case but in typical 50 "kicks" style, told me I would fail in advance rofl

So I know how u feel mate, ignore it and find a different server.

Yes mr. admin, I'm sure that any random newbie could bomb your precious tank to death in a single run with a fighter. And yeah, i really do have a magical hack that can predict the future so i know where everyone is. I also have a no-missle hack. And yeah, I'm sorry for shooting down your jet six times after you tried to keep me out of the skies.

Yea i think everyone has been there a time or 2. i was booted for being in first place, along with the 2nd and 3rd place guys. turns out the admin was 4th and wanted his gold medal.

This is very normal. I've been kicked multiple times for owning with the overpowered SVD. But rather by an admin... never saw ANY successful kickvotes.

a few days ago i was kicked because i owned in a jet on wake - i was just a few points behind the admin who was first on the server, when i was kicked for - now it comes - cheating - yeah right *lol*
i guess the admin does not like when someone is stealing his beloved golden star
what a dork
