I have the newest version of MSN Explorer, along with Vista Home Premium 64. A couple weeks ago, attachments stopped opening when I clicked on them. Instead of doing what I wanted, a dialogue box pops up saying "The command failed to execute?" What is causing this problem, and how could I fix it. I tried Google, but got little that would help.
