Hi, if there was an incident that involved a hazardous chemical, which specialist emergency services would get involved?

Fire service, they have special vehicles for chemical spills and are trained to deal with them. They may well get an ambulance too if its anything particulary toxic.

I'm curious to what it is in english english as well.
The fire service generally has a vechicle at each station that is equipped for hazardous chemical spillages / leakages. Sadly I can't remember the name of it as its one of the few things I don't get to piss about with as part of my youth fire training course. However the day where we take apart a car with hydraulic cutters more than makes up for this.
Btw the suits are called HazMat suits but the vechicles called something chemical related.

police - cordon off the area, make sure to keep public safe yatta yatta
fire and rescue - cleaning the mess
ambulance - well they do their normal job, probably have some form of decontamination site set up not to far away from the incident.
If it's at sea, the coast guard will of course be involved
possibly even COBRA would be involved to some level, just research any major incident (preferably one involving chemicals though).

Not quite the UK, but in these parts the fire service does the cleaning up and the police stop people from going down contaminated roads & handle evacuations.
