We don't really have anything as tacky as 'mascots', Hurri. Some of our sporting teams have their own society-logos/uniforms and whatnot, but generally the colleges are colour-coded more than logo-based. Some quick Googling around helped me find this though, haha, I wish I knew someone on this boating team:

Oxford is divided into tons of colleges, each one has its own coat of arms, history, colours, academic structure etc. Oxford blue is an actual colour and generally represents the entire institution as a whole, normally set against the rival blue colour of Cambridge. My college is black and white, imaginative, I know. Funnily enough there's also a similarly-named college again at the age-old rival, Cambridge. They get pink. This is 100% the reason why I chose to go to the Uni that I did; black/white versus pink. No contest.
