No i havent. i have a 1GB HD4870 and love it... but its not a sapphire toxic.
I know one guy who bought this... little on the loud side on idle, but ok in load. If I remember right, software fanspeed control doesn't work with it.

I know people rag Palit for being cheap etc. but i can't recommend my Palit 1GB HD4870 enough. cheapest 1GB 4870 on the website i use, great cooling, never goes over 53C (with 30C+ room temp) and it overclocks nicely (ive only got mine sitting on 820/1000) its runs all my games fantastically (all max, AA 1920x1080). the fans arn't at all audible over the case fans (well i can notice any difference in sound when its in or not)GC_PaNzerFIN wrote:

Zotac uses reference desing and coolers so they are like others... so I have to like em...
Palit does have some nice, cool and reasonably quiet cards out.
I have had one Palit, it was based on reference design... but I didn't like it tho.
Green PCB, awful box, bundle (WHAT BUNDLE?), goddamn frog stickers! made me sad
And it was faulty card anyway, PWM of the 8800GTX was so fooked it gave the GPU A LOT extra voltage... idle at 80c 100% fanspeed and load 107c 100% fanspeed
